Mac-10 .45acp Top Cocker With Double Threaded Barrel

This replacement upper is ready to be dropped into your Mac-10 or MPA in .45 acp. It comes with a DOUBLE threaded .45 acp barrel with a standard coarse thread of 7/8x9 and either .578x28 or 5/8x24.
