Non Toxic Bismuth Shotshell Loads

#Hunters now have a great high performance, non-toxic alternative with the new Bismuth #waterfowl and upland line of #shotshells from Kent Cartridge.

Bismuth is a high density 9.6g/cc non-toxic alloy that has 24% greater density than steel. On windy days you will hit more birds with Bismuth shot because it’s higher density minimizes wind drift. Bismuth is also soft like lead for greater knockdown power than steel. It responds to chokes like lead and is safe for use in all guns. It’s the perfect high performance non-toxic shot at a great price.

Kent Bismuth™ is created using a proprietary process that produces uniform, consistent shot for exceptional patterning, superior retained energy and penetration. The shot is size graded and sorted for roundness using the same tried and true processes which have produced high quality lead shot for years.

The new Bismuth cartridges are loaded with a new high-performance hull assembled with a thicker metal head and a newly designed base-wad, developed during three years of research. This hull produces more reliable functioning in popular semi-auto shotguns. Custom blended, high-density, low flash powder is utilized for clean burning, all-weather performance. A newly designed hot fuel primer gives balanced, consistent ignition. The new loads have been engineered for high performance in every way. Kent Bismuth is available for 12, 16, 20 and 28 gauge shotguns. The new shells are offered in 12 gauge in 2 ¾, 3 and 3 ½ inch loads. Loads in 20 gauge are available in both 2 ¾ and 3 in.
